Installation contractors are properly licensed individuals and companies that perform the actual construction of an onsite wastewater system, including repairs as well as new construction.
 
There are two types of installers, conventional installers that build gravity sewer lines to a septic tank and or pump tank to a drain field, and alternative installers that build more technical systems that may include advanced wastewater treatment with a pressurized drain field “sensitive sites”.
