Regretfully, even though we managed to switch servers and get the web site back up, the Bulletin Board is going to remain unaccessible for some time.

We were "piggy backed" on the SQL Data Base for NOWRA and do not have one installed on this server. We need to acquire the software, and get someone more knowledgeable than the Secretary to install and configure the database program for use.

Hopefully, with the Request for Proposal that is being prepared, the new website will include the appropriate data base and the programming expertise to make it work.
